Since we know so little about this virus, even whether you build up an immunity to it, and all the projections so far prognosticate that it will be around for a long time, it would seem to me to be a wonderful time to improve your lifestyle and start to incorporate a lot of immune building and virus inactivating substances.
We have the Pasteur/Bernard rift to inspire us. And, according to the new science of Epigenetics, the environment has much more to do with our health than genetics does, as previously thought. We now have plenty of time, being forced to stay at home, to improve our lifestyle. Cleaning out the cupboards, removing processed food and sending it to the Food Bank, is one thought (yes it is still open – I volunteer there weekly). Committing to taking good care of our minds and bodies until this pandemic is over, and hopefully beyond, is another thought. Fortunately, over time, viruses tend to become less active on their own, though they tend to come back in an altered form, down the road. So, consider a permanent redo. Your body and mind will thank you, and you will be one of the happy people who don't get sick!
